The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 5 on page 3, lines 3, 15, 22, and 25, page 4, lines
4, 8, 9, 21, 23, and 27, and page 5, lines 6 and 7, by striking
"September 30, 2005" each place it appears and substituting
"September 1, 2004".
