Amend CSHB 5 as follows:                                                     
	On page 5, line 20 after "school district" insert the 
following:  "including, but not limited to those costs incurred by 
school districts required to participate in Social Security under 
26 U.S.C. Section 3111(a), and its subsequent amendments."
