The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 5 as follows:                                                     
	In article 4 of the bill, in Section 4.03, Subchapter H, 
Chapter 151, Tax Code, on page 32, line 46, between "Code" and "." 
insert the following:  "or Chapter 773 of the Health and Safety 
Code.
