	On page 7, strike lines 1-2 and renumber remaining items 
appropriately.      
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____. TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY. In order to prevent a 
reduction in funds appropriated to the Texas Education Agency from 
the General Revenue Fund (Fund 0001) and to maximize education 
opportunities for our children, there is hereby appropriated the 
amount of $88,080,333 to the General Revenue fund (Fund 0001) from 
the Economic Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
