Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On Page 14, line 8, strike "$170,800,000" and substitute 
"$136,200,000".
	(2)  On Page 14, line 16, strike "$5,534,980" and substitute 
"$1,985,283".   
	(3)  Adjust totals accordingly.
