Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	On page 16, strike lines 6-7 and renumber remaining items 
appropriately.     
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____. TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION. In order to 
prevent a reduction in funds appropriated to the Texas Workforce 
Commission from the General Revenue Fund (Fund 0001), and to 
maximize training and employment opportunities in a difficult 
economy, there is hereby appropriated the amount of $7,786,394 to 
the General Revenue fund (Fund 0001) from the Economic 
Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
