Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	On page 24, strike lines 18-20 and renumber the following 
items appropriately.
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____. COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY.  In order 
to prevent a reduction in funds appropriated to the Commission on 
Environmental Quality from the General Revenue dedicated account 
number 0655, Petroleum Storage Tank Remediation Account; there is 
hereby appropriated $30,000,000 to the General Revenue Fund (Fund 
0001) from the Economic Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
