Amend CSHB 7 at the end of SECTION 7 by inserting the 
following appropriately numbered subsection:
	(__)  The reduction in appropriation to Texas Southern 
University under Section (7) (a) (74) is not intended to violate any 
settlement agreement between the state and the United States Office 
of Civil Rights.
