Amend CSHB 7 at the end of SECTION 7 by inserting the 
following appropriately numbered subsection:
	(__)  The reduction in appropriation to Prairie View A&M 
University under Section (7) (a) (57) is not intended to violate any 
settlement agreement between the state and the United States Office 
of Civil Rights.
