Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 3, line 12, strike "$295,000,000" and substitute 
"$262,661,921".
	(2)  On page 3, line 20, strike "$295,000,000" and substitute 
"$262,661,921".
	(3)  On page 6, strike lines 22 and 23.                                        
	(4)  Renumber subdivisions within Section 7(a) of the bill 
and cross-references to subdivisions in Section 7(a) of the bill, 
such as the cross-reference contained in Section 8 of the bill, 
appropriately.
	(5)  Adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
