Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	On page 4, strike lines 24-25;                                                 
	On page 7, strike lines 9-12 and renumber remaining items 
appropriately;     
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____. EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM, TEACHERS 
RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND HIGHER EDUCATION EMPLOYEES GROUP INSURANCE 
CONTRIBUTIONS.  In order to prevent a reduction in funds 
appropriated to the Employees Retirement System, Teachers 
Retirement System, and the Higher Education Employees Group 
Insurance program, there is hereby appropriated the amount of 
$114,213,496 to the General Revenue fund (Fund 0001) from the 
Economic Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
