Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	On page 6, strike lines 6-7 and renumber the remaining items 
appropriately.  
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____.  COMMISSION ON ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE.  In 
order to prevent further incidents of alcohol and drug abuse which 
have devastating consequences and huge societal costs, and to 
prevent a reduction in funds appropriated to the Commission on 
Alcohol and Drug Abuse, there is hereby appropriated the amount of 
$9,576,994 to the General Revenue fund (Fund 0001) from the 
Economic Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
