appropriately.    
	Insert an appropriately numbered section to read as follows:                   
	SECTION _____.  TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.  In order 
to prevent a reduction in funds appropriated to the Texas 
Department of Human Services from the General Revenue Fund (Fund 
0001), there is hereby appropriated the amount of $30,876,153 to 
the General Revenue fund (Fund 0001) from the Economic 
Stabilization Fund (Fund 0599).
