Amend CSHB 9 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 6, line 11, strike "Subsections (b) and (c)" and 
substitute "Subsections (b), (c), and (d)".
	(2)  On page 6, between lines 23 and 24, insert new 
Subsection (d), to read as follows:
	"(d)  a description of procedures and training to prevent 
racial profiling, voyeurism, monitoring of individuals without 
reasonable suspicion, and personal use of information for 
non-security related purposes, is public information that is not 
excepted from disclosure under Chapter 552."
