Amend CSHB 11 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  On page 2, line 20, between "degree" and "." insert ", 
unless the offense was committed by a person age 18 or under, in 
which case the offense is a Class A misdemeanor"

	(2)  On page 2, line 44, insert ", unless the offense was 
committed by a person age 18 or under, in which case the offense is a 
Class A misdemeanor" before "."
