Amend CSHB 15 on page 2, line 6, Sec. 171.012, VOLUNTARY AND 
INFORMED CONSENT.  Following "a medical emergency", add:
	in cases of fetal anomaly or in cases when the abortion is 
deemed medically necessary"...
