Amend CSHB 15 by striking page 5, line 22 through page 6, line 
10, and substituting the following:
		(1)  geographically indexed materials designed to 
inform the woman of public and private agencies and services that 
are available to assist a woman through pregnancy, childbirth, and 
the child's dependency, including:
			(A)  a comprehensive list of adoption agencies;                       
			(B)  a description of the services the adoption 
agencies offer; and 
			(C)  a description of the manner, including 
telephone numbers, in which an adoption agency may be contacted; or
