Amend CSHB 15 (House Committee Printing) on page 1 by 
striking lines 10-14 and substituting the following:
	"Sec. 171.002.  DEFINITION.  In this chapter, "abortion" has 
the meaning assigned by Sec. 245.002, Health and Safety Code."
