Amend CSHB 15 as follows:                                                    
	On page 3, lines 4-6, add the following:                                       
			(B)  the father is liable for assistance in the 
support of the child without regard to whether the father has 
offered to pay for the abortion and statistical likelihood of 
collecting child support and the average amount of child support 
paid based on information from the Office of the Attorney General of 
Texas and the United States Department of Health and Human Services 
office of Child Support Enforcement.
