Amend CSHB 15 (Senate commitee printing), on page 1, line 39, 
between "emergency," and "consent", by inserting "or in cases when 
the pregnancy results from rape or incest, or severe and 
irreversible abnormality in the fetus is detected, or abortion is 
deemed medically necessary,".
