Amend CSHB 311 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 3, strike line 7 and substitute the following:                    
	SECTION 4.  Section 302.151, Occupations Code, is amended by 
amending Subsection (b) and adding Subsection (c)
	(2)  On page 3, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following:                 
	(c)  Rules adopted by the board related to the scope of the 
practice of vocational nursing must be consistent with this chapter 
and other law.
