Amend HB 492 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page 1, strike lines 9-10, and substitute the 
following:              
	SECTION 2. Section 22.004(d), Penal Code, is amended to read 
as follows:     
	(2) Strike page 1, line 21, through page 2, line 3.
