Amend CSHB 599 as follows:                                                   
	On page 12, strike lines 13-21 and replace with:                               
	(j)  The supreme court shall set an additional civil legal 
services fee in an amount not to exceed $25 to be paid annually by 
each active member of the state bar.  The fee must be set in 
accordance with Section 81.024.
