Amend HB 599, by adding new Section 81.0152, Government Code, 
to read as follows:
	SECTION _____.  Section 81.0152.  TRAVEL FOR EMPLOYEES; BOARD 
MEMBERS.  The board of directors shall adopt guidelines and 
procedures that require travel costs of the state bar and board 
members to be consistent with travel regulations adopted under the 
General Appropriations Act, Article IX.
