Amend CSHB 678 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 2, lines 18-19 strike "eastern city limits of 	the city of Navasota" and substitute "boundary line between Grimes 
and Montgomery counties".
	(2)  On page 2, lines 23-24 strike "eastern city limits of 
the city of Anderson" and substitute "boundary line between Grimes 
and Montgomery counties".
