Amend CSHB 678 as follows:                                                   
	(1) On page 2, line 22, strike "or".                                    
	(2) On page 2, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following:                  
	"(16) State Highway 90A between State Highway 59 and State 
Highway 6 in the city of Sugarland; or"
	(3) On page 2, line 23, strike "(16)" and substitute "(17)".
