System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSHB 730 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 48, strike lines 15-20 and substitute the 	following:            
		"(1)  the reasonable cost of repairs necessary to cure 
any construction defect [including any reasonable and".
	(2)  On page 49, strike line 4 and substitute the following:                   

"any, after the construction defect is repaired if the construction 
defect is a [to the extent the reduction is due to] structural 
failure; and".
