Amend CSHB 730 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 14, line 21, between "felony charge" and the 	semicolon, insert "or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude".
	(2)  On page 14, line 22, strike "for which" and substitute 
"or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude and".
	(3)  On page 14, line 23, strike "which" and substitute "the 
conviction".
