Amend CSHB 730 on page 35, between lines 13 and 14, by 
inserting the following and renumbering sections and 
cross-references in the bill appropriately:
	Sec. 430.002.  CERTAIN DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS; ADVISORY 
COMMITTEE.  The commission shall appoint a task force to develop 
design recommendations for residential construction that encourage 
rain harvesting and water recycling.
