System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 730 on third reading, on page 14, following line 6 by 
adding a new Subsection (c) to read as follows:
	"(c) Within thirty days of the receipt by the commission of 
the registration required by Section 426.003, the commission shall 
mail a copy of the information of public interest described in 
subsection (a) to the owner of the home as described in the 
registration."
