Amend HB 759 (Committee Printing) on page 1, between lines 21 
and 22, by inserting the following SECTION and renumbering existing 
SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION 2. The Select Committee on State Health Care 
Expenditures shall conduct an interim study concerning the 
availability and cost of prescription medications to elderly 
individuals in this state.  The committee shall make 
recommendations to the legislature not later than January 1, 2005, 
regarding amendments to this Act.
