Amend HB 759 on third reading in Section 101.034, Human 
Resources Code, as added by the bill, at the end of the section, by 
inserting Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  The department or, under the direction of the 
department, a contractor of the department under this section shall 
notify each passenger, at or before the time the passenger boards a 
vehicle providing transportation service under this section, that:
		(1)  a prescription medication purchased for personal 
use in the United Mexican States may be brought into the United 
States only if obtained directly from, or pursuant to a valid 
prescription from, a physician permitted in the physician's 
jurisdiction to dispense the medication; and
		(2)  to bring the medication into the United States the 
passenger must have a copy of the prescription or evidence of the 
prescription on the bottle or other container in which the 
medication is transported.
