Amend CSHB 804 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 62.0515, 
Labor Code, insert a new Subsection (d) (Senate committee printing, 
page 1, between lines 59 and 60) to read as follows:
	(d)  This section does not apply to a minimum wage 
established in a municipality with a population greater that 1.9 
million.
	(2)  Number all other subsection according.
