Amend HB 864 as follows:                                                     
	In Section 1 of the bill, Section 38.1(a)(1), Penal Code, 
(committee printing, page 1, line 18) between "physician" and ";" 
insert "or practitioner, as defined in Section 551.003, Occupations 
Code."
