78(R) HB1020 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend HB 1020 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 81.0046, 
Labor Code (committee printing page 1, line 21), after Subdivision 
(2) of that section, insert "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 81.0046, 
Labor Code (committee printing page 1, line 24), after Subdivision 
(3) of that section, strike "; and" and substitute a period.
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 81.0046, 
Labor Code (committee printing page 1, lines 25-28), strike 
Subdivision (4) of that section.
