Amend HB 1053, SECTION 1, Sec. 145.001, Civil Practice and 
Remedies Code, page 1, line 16, by adding new subsection (c) to read 
as follows:
	(c)  This chapter does not apply to:  (1) court records;  (2) 
public records.
