Amend HB 1088 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 1, between lines 19 and 20, of the bill, insert a 
new SECTION 2 to read as follows:
	SECTION 2. Section 321.3022(f), Tax Code, is amended to read 
as follows:     
	(f) Information received by a municipality under this section 
is confidential and, is not open to public inspection, and may be 
used only for the purpose of economic forecasting, for internal 
auditing of a tax paid to the municipality under this chapter, or 
for the purpose described in Subsection (g).
	(2) Renumber existing SECTION 2 as SECTION 3.
