Amend HB 1131 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 1, line 18, strike "any ownership interest" and 
substitute "an ownership interest of more than 15 percent".
	(2) On page 2, line 3, between "ownership interest" and "in", 
insert "of more than 15 percent".
	(3) On page 2, line 6, between "maintains" and "its", insert 
"of more than 15 percent".
