Amend CSHB 1307 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 8, strike lines 15 through 17 and substitute the 	following:     
	SECTION 10.  Sections 122.006(a)-(c), Finance Code, are 
amended to read as follows:
	(2)  On page 10, strike lines 2 through 10.                                    
	(3)  On page 10, line 21, strike "Subsection (e)" and 
substitute "Subsections (e) and (f)".
	(4)  On page 11, between lines 15 and 16, insert the 
following:              
	(f)  A foreign credit union may not use this section to alter 
or negate the application to the credit union of any law of this 
state regarding:
		(1)  permissible interest rates;                                       
		(2)  loan fees; or                                                     
		(3)  licensing or regulatory requirements that relate 
to insurance, securities, marketing or sales activities, or real 
estate development and that are administered by an agency of this 
state.
