Amend CSHB 1365 on page 6, at the end of line 10, by adding the 
following: "If a person that contracts for service with a political 
subdivision receives a grant under this subchapter, the person may 
spend the grant money only for equipment or a vehicle used to carry 
out the contract with the political subdivision.".
