Amend CSHB 1365 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 10, line 3, strike "and".                                         
	(2)  On page 10, between lines 3 and 4, insert:                                
		"(3)  notwithstanding Subdivisions (1) and (2), for the 
energy efficiency grant program, any available money that remains 
in the fund after other programs established under the plan are 
fully funded; and".
	(3)  On page 10, line 4, strike "(3)" and substitute "(4)".      
	(4)  On page 14, strike lines 20 and 21 and substitute:                        
	"SECTION 20.  Section 382.037(i), Health and Safety Code, is 
repealed."      
	(5)  On page 15, strike lines 11-16.
