Amend CSHB 1365 by adding a new section, appropriately 
numbered, to read as follows:
	SECTION _____.  Section 224.153, Transportation Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  The department may not authorize vehicles addressed in 
Subsection (c) to use a high occupancy lane if such use would 
violate federal transit funding restrictions.
