Amend HB 1365 on third reading as follows:                                   
	(1)  Strike the section of the bill that repeals Subchapter D, 
Chapter 386, Health and Safety Code.
	(2)  In the section of the bill that adds Section 224.153(d), 
Transportation Code, between "occupancy" and "lane", insert 
"vehicle".
