Amend CSHB 1366 on page 4, between lines 2 and 3, by inserting 
the following:
	Sec. 374.005.  EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN DRY CLEANING FACILITIES.  
A dry cleaning facility that as of September 1, 2003, has never used 
perchloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene at its location, as 
documented by a soil sample performed at that location that 
establishes that those chemicals are not present, is exempt from:
		(1)  any fees imposed under this chapter; and                          
		(2)  any requirement adopted under this chapter that 
requires modifications to be made to dry cleaning facilities.
