Amend CSHB 1407 (House Committee Report) as follows:                         

(1)  On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "or a representation 	of value redeemable for a prize,".
	(2)  On page 1, line 19, strike ", or a representation of

	(3)  On page 2, strike lines 9 through 11.                                     
	(4)  On page 2, line 12, strike "(7)" and substitute "(6)".      
	(5)  On page 13, lines 19 and 20, strike ", or a 
representation of value redeemable for those items,".
	(6)  On page 13, lines 26 and 27, strike ", or a 
representation of value redeemable for those items," and substitute
