Amend CSHB 1407 (House Committee Report) as follows:
(1) Strike page 6, line 22, through page 7, line 4.
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, renumber subsequent sections
of added Subchapter K, Chapter 2153, Occupations Code, accordingly.
