Amend CSHB 1407 (House Committee Report) as follows:
(1) Strike page 5, line 6, through page 6, line 9.
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, renumber subsequent sections
of added Subchapter K, Chapter 2153, Occupations Code, accordingly.
