Amend HB 1420 on page 1, by striking lines 16 and 17, and 
substituting the following:
	"depressed or [rural] medically underserved areas of the 
state as designated by the United States Department of Health and 
Human Services [specified by this subchapter].  Section [Sections 
403.094(h) and]"
