Amend HB 1529 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 2, line 17, strike "could reasonably be used" and 
substitute "is commonly used".
	(2)  On page 3, strike lines 5-8 and substitute the following:                 
	SECTION 2.  Section 62.029, Parks and Wildlife Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
	(f)  This section does not apply to a private, noncommercial, 
family-owned cold storage or processing facility.
	(3)  On page 3, line 9, strike "SECTION 2" and substitute 
"SECTION 3".
