Amend CSHB 1538 by adding a new subsection to read as follows: Chapter 712, Health and Safety Code, is amended to add a new section to read as follows: SECTION ____. RESALE OF PLOTS. (a) A corporation shall not resell a burial plot in a perpetual care cemetery that has previously been sold and used for burial purposes.
